Charlie welcomes in Lisa DeNatale, President of the Vermont Italian Cultural Association, to talk about the Italian Community in Vermont, travelling to Italy, and, of course, Italian food.

Then, Rocker Tommy Graves, who created the winning chopper in the Metric Revolution Motorcycle Build Off, brings his electric guitar into the studio to play some riffs and talk about the Vermont Guitarworks Hospital.
